New Convention Center Rimini
In 2008 Rimini brand new
Convention Center will be ready and it will be the largest in Italy. It is being built by the Convention Center Company, a branch of the Rimini Trade Fair Group, whereas Rimini Riviera’s
Convention Bureau will organize all convention activities.
With its intriguing architecture and its state-of-the-art technology, the new Rimini Convention Center will cover an
area of 38,000 square meters. Designed by famous architect Volkwin Marg from Hamburg’s GMP Studio, one of the 15 top signatures in contemporary urban design, it will match the new Expo Center of Rimini, which project belongs to the same architect.
Rimini Riviera’s Convention Bureau has been promoting business tourism on the Adriatic Coast for over ten years. Its experience and professionalism grew while working with the most important event organization professionals and now the Convention Bureau is a reference point in business tourism in Rimini. For all these reasons it was chosen to run all promotional, marketing and administrative activities related to the organization of conventions, meetings, conferences, etc., to be held at the new Convention Center in Rimini, starting from 1st January, 2006.
